There are several ways that you may choose to purchase our VA Plus products:
Purchase in person
You are welcome to visit our office for product demonstration and purchase. Please contact us in advance for appointment booking.
Our office hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
By phone order
Please call us at (852) 2790 2977, our team will be happy to assist you with your enquiries and needs.
By email order
Please email to sales@tronifer.com and inform us the product model no. you would like to purchase, quantity, delivery address, and contact details. Our sales team will contact you as soon as possible.
By fax order
Please fax to (852) 2341 9832 and inform us the product model no. you would like to purchase, quantity, delivery address, and contact details. Our sales team will contact you as soon as possible.
Self Pick-up
You may pick up your purchases from our office in Kwun Tong (click here for the map), at no extra charge.
By courier
After receiving your confirmed order, we will arrange courier service for delivery as soon as possible. Delivery charges are subject to various districts. For further details, please contact us by phone or email.
Within half day to 3 days depending on your order time and delivery destination.
By cash
By cheque
Cheque should be crossed and made payable to “Tronifer (HK) Ltd.”
If you have chosen delivery by courier service, please present the cash or cheque to our courier colleague upon receipt of goods.
By bank transfer
Via online transfer, ATM, or cash deposit to our Hang Seng Bank account.

After confirmation of receiving your payment, we will arrange delivery as soon as possible.
Should you have any uncertainties regarding delivery, kindly email us or call us for enquiry.
Once the order is dispatched to the courier, we cannot accept any request for the change of delivery method, including change of other courier or change from courier delivery to self-pick up.
If you insist on changing the delivery method to self pick-up, we may arrange for that only if the order has not been dispatched. However, the paid delivery charge will not be refunded. We reserve the right to deny any change request once the order is confirmed and will not be responsible for any loss it might incur to you.
Please check your order and items as soon as it is received. If you discover that an item is defective prior to use, please report to us immediately ( 2790 2977) and return the defective items together with all paperwork, packing materials, delivery invoice and certificates of proof to us within 7 days for inspection or redemption.
No claims will be entertained if the items have been used.
All items are available while stock lasts. No prior notice will be post for any out-of-stock products.
We reserve the rights to change the products information and price, delivery/shipment statement, charges and shopping terms and conditions anytime without prior notice.
We reserve the right to make all final decisions if any dispute arises.
